Recept: Šalát z čínskej kapusty

Šalát z čínskej kapusty
Šalát z čínskej kapusty robíme doma aspoň raz za dva týždne. Je veľmi zdravý ako aj chutný. Ak by ste mali chuť na niečo farebnejšie, tak skúste aj šalát z čínskej kapusty s mrkvou.

Suroviny

  • Čínska kapusta
  • 1 Cibuľa
  • Soľ
  • Práškový cukor
  • Ocot
  • 1 PL Olivového oleja

Postup

  1. Kapustu na jemno nastrúhame alebo pokrájame. Dáme do vhodnej (väčšej) nádoby, aby sme mohli premiešavať.
  2. Cibuľu tiež nakrájame čo najjemnejšie. Pridáme k nakrájanej čínskej kapuste.
  3. Posolíme, premiešame a necháme pár minút odstáť.
  4. Pridáme rovnaké množstvo cukru a octu. Pridáme 1 polievkovú lyžicu olivového oleja.
  5. Premiešame a necháme pár minút postáť. Podľa potreby dochutíme.
